Importance of Faith and Spirituality

Apologies for the year-long hiatus, some important things have been happening recently in my life that have often taken time away from updating the site to get a few of my affairs in order. This week, I would like to talk about the importance of maintaining faith and spirituality in today’s modern world.

It doesn’t matter what god or goddess you believe in, sometimes this world can seem like a bleak and uncaring place. However, it is important to maintain healthy optimism and faith that everything will work out for you in the end. As many scientists have put it in the past, although conducting scientific research tends to turn them atheistic or even nihilistic, at the bottom of the glass is the divine waiting for you. I believe there is a certain point where both Spirituality and Scientific rigor combine together, the study of the material world and the study of the metaphysical world eventually come back together into one.

The problem with today’s modern religions are that people have forgotten them as simply tools, and only take them as dogmatic practices to never be questioned. But spirituality should be an internal tool to help guide you through your life and give you purpose and meaning in that life. While some view life as having no inherent meaning, the goal of it is that YOU give your life meaning. You can choose your own destiny. As many before have reported Near Death Experiences that seem as though it is tailored to their religion, there have been some reports of people even seeing Celestia and/or Luna in their NDEs.

This makes sense from a spiritual perspective. What you believe gives whatever you believe power, over yourself, and over to a certain extent, this current world. Whether the veil remains thick or thin, one day the veil may no longer have hold over this world. Nevertheless, through the seemingly pessimistic and bleak/depressing life, it is important to maintain faith and thankfulness for that which is in your life. Whether that by thanking any such deity that you yourself believe in, or a current existing religious one, it does not matter. For everyone deserves to be happy and have a happy ending.

I have seen many people whose lives were close to ruin being turned around by Religion or Spirituality, and I believe that can apply to anybody, no matter their situation. It is important to keep a positive mindset, the belief you can do anything, and the fact that you are loved, no matter who you are. Above all, remember the most important moral rule that transcends all ones. As long as you are not hurting anyone, mentally or physically (without cause), as long as you are doing what you believe to be truly right and it is not in conflict with hurting anyone else, you can do no wrong. Whatever you believe in your heart to be best, is what’s best for you.

I hope everyone reading this has a happy and productive Monday, and may your fruits be fruitful and your lives be plentiful and joyous. The darkest storm comes before the light.
